Greater Love is a poesy about the painful memories experienced by Wilf rose-cheeked Owen in World War I. These memories seem to overshadow the memories he has for his cheat. Experiencing the terrors of war changed the arithmetic mean Owen has on life, and this poem describes his new out fashion.         The subject of Greater Love is how the war has changed the authors look on life. Before the war Owen tells how he had fond memories of his hump singing, her lips, and her look. After experiencing the war Owen commemorates the bright red blood-covered stones, as utter in line 2. He remembers the glossa skewed limbs kinda of the slender limbs of his love. Rather than her beautiful look he remembers the eyes of blinded men which he witnessed injure in his stead.
